NBL is a competition and platform for the Dutch Breaking scene, also known as breakdance. With battles running across the country for all ages and levels, dancers get the chance to progress from their first battle experience all the way to the world stage. During the Urban Dansdagen, the Youthleague runs throughout the day with battles for dancers aged 18 and under. In the evening, the 1 on 1 International brings it up a notch, where you get to go head to head with breakers from across the globe.
Who can take part?
Your age on 31 December 2026 determines which category you compete in. The Youthleague is split by age group and level, where B stands for Beginners (less than 2 years of battle experience) and A stands for Advanced (more than 2 years of battle experience). So for example, if you are 13 years old and just starting out, you compete in the Solo up to 15 years B category.

- Solo up to 12 years old / B
- Solo up to 15 years old / A
