The G.E.A.R. Conference brings together current and future community leaders for an afternoon of honest conversation, practical knowledge, and real exchange. Young leaders share their practice, their challenges, and what they’ve learned along the way. Alongside two keynotes on the next phase of the program and the talent development model of Sample Culture, there is plenty of room to ask questions and discuss your own work.
