Complaints procedure

Urban Dans Dagen is built on community, respect, and good vibes. If something felt off, whether it’s about safety, conduct, organization, or anything else, please speak up. Every complaint is taken seriously, handled with care, and kept confidential.

Submit your complaint

Send us an email describing what happened. Be as detailed as you’d like, including dates, locations, names (if applicable), and what outcome you’re hoping for. There’s no wrong way to write it, just be honest. All complaints go directly to Stichting Sample Culture. This is a separate foundation that handles complaints independently and confidentially. To help us handle your complaint as quickly as possible, try to include:

  • Your name and contact info (so we can follow up with you)
  • A clear description of what happened and when
  • Who was involved, if relevant
  • What you’d like to happen as a result of your complaint

Anonymous complaints are also accepted, but keep in mind we may have limited ability to follow up or take action without more context.

Urban Dansdagen is a three-day dance festival celebrating urban dance in all its forms. It connects the raw energy of the streets with the professional theater stage, featuring top-tier battles, performances, workshops, and discussions with artists from around the world.

That depends on the workshop. For Streetstyles 101, no dance experience is required whatsoever. These workshops are open to everyone, whether you're 10 or 80 years old. Just show up and have fun! For other workshops, some prior dance experience is recommended. We suggest checking the details of each individual workshop to find the best fit for your level.

A dynamic program of:

  • Dance battles featuring top international dancers
  • Experimental and theatrical performances blending urban dance with storytelling
  • Workshops for all levels, led by world-class artists
  • Networking opportunities for dancers, choreographers, and industry professionals

The festival is organized by Stichting Sample Culture (SSC), in collaboration with various partners such as Parktheater Eindhoven, Open Your Mind, and other international urban dance communities.
